Biocodex is currently making a major shift in terms of digital transformation. Biocodex is starting its e-commerce adventure and we are looking for a :
Head of E-Commerce H/F

Your mission will be to lead the development and implementation of the BIOCODEX Ecommerce business in close collaboration with our digital, marketing, supply chain, finance and IT team.
You will be in charge of :
• Drive eCommerce strategy for international market expansion;
• Define the vision and strategy of Biocodex’s online store, keeping pace with best-in-class e-Commerce standards;
• Responsible for all DTC ecommerce strategies and for the overall positioning of our brands in the e-marketplaces.
Areas of responsibility include: overall management of DTC/ecommerce platform and business, e-commerce marketing execution, CRM, site merchandising, web content, online user experience
• Work with marketing and digital marketing to ensure a consistent client experience across all channels
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand the e-commerce needs of the customer.
• Achieve corporate business objectives in line with digital marketing initiatives including: paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, display advertising/retargeting, partner programs, collaborations, influencer activations, social media, etc.
• Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking to influence innovation and process improvement initiatives
• Drive revenue through e-commerce channels of the business


Preferred experience

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of e-commerce experience.
  • You have successfully carried out several e-commerce projects from concept to completion.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape and KPIs, digital marketing, eCommerce and brand strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully.
  • A strong working knowledge in information architecture, search engine optimization, A/B testing, and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce technology, tactics and industry standards.
  • Deep subject matter expertise on eCommerce operations and technical solutions
  • Proven ability to work with external technology and design partners
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
  • Strong negotiating skills
