As Global Corporate Communication Director, you will be part of the Global Marketing & Communication Department and play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our corporate communication strategies that promote our company's brand and awareness, enhance our reputation, support financial communication and strengthen internal cohesion. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing compelling communication plans, both internally and externally, that align with our business objectives and resonate with our diverse stakeholders.

Requirements for the role :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and brand communications or related roles, ideally including experience within a mid-cap company or similar environment.
Leadership & Management: Proven track record of success in a leadership role including team management and ability to work in a matrix operating and international environment.
Industry Knowledge: an experience in an industry requiring to educate a diverse range of stakeholders (including investors and media) on what is at stake and the opportunities of these sectors. An understanding of the music / digital / tech industry landscape, trends, and challenges would be a plus.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and develop communication strategies which align with company’s organizational and business objectives.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
Relationship & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal company leaders and teams, as well as external stakeholders (including media and partners), to ensure alignment and relationship building.
Change Management: Experience in driving effective communication during periods of organizational change or growth.
Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital communication platforms, social media, communication analytics and emerging trends in corporate communication.
