The position

Job description

We're looking for our Head of New Business to lead our asset and property management team and drive our landlord and tenant growth and retention. 

As the Head of New Business you will: 

- Build and manage the New Business team

- Be the General Manager and own the P&L of asset management services

- Define the growth, operational and pricing strategy for New Business in alignment with Beanstock's global strategy

- Have an end-to-end responsibility on all areas for New Business services: user acquisition, conversion and retention; operations; finance

- Work closely with the Product Management team to build the best asset and property management product on the market

- Develop a network of partners in order to cover all services related to property management nationally (insurance providers, tax accountants, etc.)

- Maximize operational efficiencies of properties to reduce operating expenses and increase ROI

- Report directly to the cofounders

Preferred Experience

- 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance or a fast-growing tech company

- Strong analytical mindset - you are data-driven and can deliver effective and pragmatic solutions

- A "hacker" and creative mindset - you will keep testing to continuously optimize conversion, retention and positioning

- Hands-on and problem solver - no task is too big or too small

- Ease in learning fast - you thrive in complex environments and adapt yourself fast to changing situations

- Fluency in French and English
