We’re looking for an energetic, strategic, and entrepreneurial Motor Lead to drive business growth across the UK, EU, and beyond. You’ll build and lead strategic partnerships in our mobility vertical working closely with OEMs, fleets, insurers, and mobility platforms.
You bring strong experience in the Motor & car OEM sector, with a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and building high-impact programs.
Pipeline Development: Grow, manage, and convert a robust partnership pipeline.
Support P&L: Drive growth through effective revenue management and cost control.
Strategic Expansion support: Co-develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Risk teams.
Partner Management: Foster long-term relationships with OEMs, fleets, and mobility platforms, ensuring high retention and continued value delivery.
Product Development: Identify market needs and work cross-functionally to shape and iterate market leading insurance offerings.
Insurer Collaboration: Build trust and alignment with insurance partners to support program scalability and innovation.
Market Insight: Stay ahead of trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to inform our strategic direction.
Cross-Functional Delivery: Work across teams (Broker, Legal, Ops & more) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and continual operational excellence.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
Industry Experience
5 + years sales experience in the Motor & car OEM B2B sector : working for or with OEMs, leasing companies, EV providers, mobility tech platforms, brokers, insurers or insurtechs who specialise in this space
A strong track record of prospecting, building pipeline & converting large motor deals
Insurance experience is a bonus but not essential
Strategic Thinking
Skilled in market segmentation, partner targeting, value proposition design, and GTM strategy
Proven success in building and executing commercial plans from the ground up
Deal Execution
Sharp commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across complex deal structures
Communication Skills
Clear and confident communicator; both written and verbal. Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are a plus
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and turning complex information into compelling narratives
