To support Beamy’s growth, we are looking for a talented Client Success Director to take care of the client from the signing of the contract to the up/cross sell.
The Customer Success Director is an essential link in the success of our customer projects between the Ops team, the Sales team and the Product team.
Our clients are big accounts in industry, retail and banking/insurance. The people we work with are various, including operational people and C-levels from the following departments: CIO, Purchasing, DPO, CISO, Business Director.
Your missions will be the following:
Facilitate the adoption of the platform and ensure the industrialisation of our projects: By helping to put in place robust and scalable processes that highlight Beamy’s added value and facilitate the adoption of a complex IT solution for diverse users;
Acting as the link between the technical teams and the client and coordinating the implementation of the solution;
Delivering the best customer experience: ensuring an exceptional experience for our users from onboarding to support;
Leading steering committees: where you report on project activity and collect customer feedback;
Avoiding customer churn by developing a strong relationship, ensuring high usage rates and making Beamy a must-have for our customers;
Detecting up/cross sell opportunities for our customers. We have several ways to generate up-sell at Beamy: extend the contract on additional functional modules or extend the solution on a larger scope.
