We are looking for our future teammate who will join us on a apprenticeship program as a sourcing and recruitment manager under a professionalization or apprenticeship contract for the next school year in September

You will be responsible for the following main tasks (non-exhaustive list), which will be offered to you

• You identify the right profiles on Linkedin, Welcome to the Jungle…
• You develop innovative approach techniques
• You engage candidates in the Baracoda process
• As an ambassador, you bring the Baracoda culture to life from the first exchanges
• You follow the candidate until he/she is integrated, in connection with the Talent Acquisition Manager
• You ensure the update of reports related to your activity (exchanges with operational managers)

• You are a student with 3 years of higher education and you are looking for a work-study program for your last year of study to prepare for your Master’s degree in human resources (University or business school with an HR specialization)
• You have a first experience in recruitment and you would like to make it your job
• You consider sourcing to be an integral part of your job as a recruiter
• You are interested in copywriting to improve your approach message or the writing of your ads
• Your are fluent in english
