Description
We are looking for a Junior Growth Manager to support the expansion of our sales and marketing teams. Working hand in hand with a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in the development of our business, creating targeted campaigns for our different audiences.
You will be in charge of:
Defining personas in collaboration with our Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
Studying our targets and segmenting the database to provide our clients with relevant content.
Developing and executing creative and personalized Outbound campaigns (emails, Linkedin, video, calls…) and identifying relevant leads.
Developing cross-channel or omnichannel strategies.
Managing the CRM tool, building databases and keeping them up to date.
Monitoring the performance of our actions (Inbound and Outbound) and identifying areas for improvement.
Supporting our Content manager by defining the right content for our market, searching for the relevant keywords, coordinating content production.
You’re a creative mind with strong analytical skills. For you, growth marketing is not about “hacking”, it’s about knowing your users.
Your “test & learn” approach enables you to deliver strong results
You speak English and French fluently
1st experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus
