Working hand in hand with the People Partners and Managers, the Learning & Development team is responsible for the internal training of Back Market employees. The subjects are diverse and varied, as are the missions. Being up to date on HR trends and communication tools (Canva, Confluence, etc.) is strongly recommended to join this team in a caring and constantly evolving environment! Serve as a superadmin of the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the annual learning calendar for non digital initiativesSetup & input training events, oversee registrations, coordinate recurrent internal & external initiatives, and manage reporting and analyticsEnsure the training follow up is accurate and up to dateFollow the training budget and provide overview at any time, mostly each quarterLiaise with internal (People Partners, Managers…) and external (listed in our catalog training provider) stakeholders to manage learning needs, priorities, and training requests, aligned with business goals and objectives. eg : constitute a group for Management Academy sessions, launch parental engagement workshops…Manage training logistics with our providers (Meet/Zoom links; sending prework and post-work); communicate directly with participants at all levels and contribute to a positive learner experience by anticipating and responding to participant and facilitator needsInvent new, fun, & unique ways to promote courses/learning opportunities to all employees!YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐
You're looking for a 1 year apprenticeship (work-study program) starting between July and September 2025 !You have a first-hand experience in similar roles before - internships, student associations or volunteering - anything !English is a no-brainer for you.
