About the job:

Back Market would be nothing without our sellers providing all the refurbished supply to our customers. 

As the leading marketplace for refurbished devices, we welcome more sellers every day. And that is where the Account Management team, comes into play.

By collaborating with various departments inside Back Market (Operations, Support, Quality, Product, Finance, Services, etc.) we address all sellers' needs in the most automated way possible, also monitoring and improving sellers' global performance on the platform to bring the refurbished industry to the next level.

As an Account Manager, you will support our European refurbishers to offer the customers the best products . You will focus on different topics related to quality, category management, price analysis, compliance, and E-Commerce competition.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅

  • Manage a large portfolio of sellers based in Europe.
  • Own their Sales and Quality performance on all European BackMarket websites.
  • Lead Business Reviews with your sellers to manage strategic action plans.
  • Visit and audit their structures whenever possible.
  • Help to elaborate Back Market business strategy thanks to your feedback & experience.
  • Lead cross-team projects to implement automated and personalized solutions for our Sellers.
  • Analyze KPIs to track and improve your sellers performance.
  • Highly contribute to our business growth by working cross functionally within Back Market.
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You speak french, english and german fluently.
  • You have a previous experience in e-commerce or fast-growing startup is preferred.
  • You have a previous experience in Account management and project management.
  • SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus, but readiness to learn on analytics skills is a must 
  • You are confident in business and technical conversations and can break down complex concepts for anyone to understand.
