The position

Job description

To support our partner in the develoment of new projects for green energy, we are looking for a System Engineer.

You role: to support the overall technical work for the products designed as part of team project, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and industry standards.

Your key Responsibilities:
Support the Engineering manager in defining the technical scope, requirements, and deliverables of individual projects.
Write the Product Design Specification (PDS) and manage its distribution to subsystems or modules to ensure PDS fulfillment.
Participate in defining testing and verification activities with the validation/compliance engineer, ensuring the system meets the Product/Project Requirement Specification (PRS).
Contribute to Design to Cost initiatives.
Define and coordinate the integration of technical systems within assigned projects.
Ensure full system integration of technical deliverables .
Provide technical status reports on the overall technical solution.
Establish and maintain mitigation plans according to the risk assessment.
Verify all technical solutions and the results of testing and verification activities at the system level.Approve the results of test, verification, and validation activities.

You will work with a diverse, agile, and multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and product specialists. Reporting to the Engineering manager, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive product excellence and innovation.


Preferred experience

Engineer/Master degree industrial engineering.
Experience in system engineering, integration, processes, requirements, and specifications.
Fluent in English.
Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to question assumptions.
