What you will do :

As Lead project manager - Strategic Production & logistics projects, you will lead a dynamically growing production and logistics for Autohero in France. 

Your role will be mainly focus the following missions, helped by the different teams : 

• Implement and roll out our new production centers : planning, budgeting, execution;

• Internalize parts of the production (mechanics, painting, polishing etc.);

• Optimize and unify the production process (exit check, entry check, photo);

• NPS improvement: claim reduction from production and home delivery;

• Optimize the inbound and outbound logistics flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience within a top tier consulting company or 5+ years in the the industrial sector;

• Engineering degree;

• Previous track record of optimizing processes and achieving efficiencies within logistics, production or automotive operations;

• Passion about moving tasks forward, take full ownership of projects and leadership skills that inspire the people you work with to drive opportunities forward with full force;

• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously to meet time-sensitive deadlines while staying within budget;

• Strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format;

• Excellent communication skills in French and in English.
