We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure high-quality project management for all activities related to the strategic business growth of ACCs expansion in the EV battery market with a leading Japanese carmaker.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead strategic business development plans aimed at expanding our presence in the EV battery market.
• Coordinate and ensure communication and development of relationships between ACC and our Japanese prospect.
• Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring efficiency in time, scope, and budget management.
• Establish quality standards and metrics to measure project performance and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues.
• Make reports and communicate about the status of the project to Excom members.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, assessing their impact on project objectives and implementing appropriate change control processes.
• Manage future customer projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that time, scope, and budget are efficiently considered during the discussions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the EV battery industry.
• Excellent skills and practice of project management methods and tools in a cross-company and intercultural environment.
• Strong understanding of the Japanese business culture, with the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English.
• Fluency in French, German, or Italian is an additional asset.
• Experience reporting on complex projects.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
