The position

Job description

As the CSR Projet Manager at Artefact Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our corporate sustainability initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead the development and strengthening of the group's CSR strategy. The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong track record in driving CSR practices within a corporate setting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Strengthen Group CSR Strategy and Gouvernance:
    • Lead the formulation and execution of Artefact Group's CSR strategy.
    • Ensuring that Artefact raison d'être is respected
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations.
  • Animate the Impact Employee Program:
    • mentoring program 
    • skills-based volunteering
    • Support and develop existing employee initiatives (global such as Women at Artefact or local such as Green Impact Hub at Benelux)
    • Drive the existing program to enhance employee involvement:
    • Develop and lead initiatives to engage employees in CSR activities.
  • Environmental Strategy:
    • Drive the development and implementation of Artefact Group's environmental strategy.
    • Identify opportunities for sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
  • Reporting et Compliance:
    • Implement reporting mechanisms to track and communicate CSR performance metrics.
    • Develop and implement compliance processes related to CSR regulations and standards (CSRD)
    • Coordinate with legal and investors teams to establish and maintain compliance protocols.
  • Internal and external Communications:
    • With the help of global marketing teams, build and animate a global internal CSR communication plan: newsletters, website, assets, social media posts…
    • Imagine and produce external communications events or contents: breakfast, events, articles, press…

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in corporate social responsibility or related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of CSR principles, sustainability, and environmental practices.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies within a corporate setting.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
