At Arkhn, the role of sales team is to promote Arkhn within the healthcare sector and attract prospects, as well as sell Arkhn’s solutions and initiate a lasting relationship with our clients.

💼 About the Job

The Head of Sales is a central position within Arkhn’s organization and is responsible for identifying, contacting, and prospecting healthcare establishments.

You will report to Maud, our COO.

Build our Sales Playbook

  • Contribute to the definition of our new product offering (pricing, positioning, go-to-market, pitch etc.)

  • Define the strategy to approach our prospects and convert them

  • Own the reporting of your sales activity and your pipeline

Lead by example

  • Identify, make contact and sell to key stakeholders within targeted institutions

  • Network with our customer base and your own network to obtain introductions to prospects

  • Establish and develop relationships with high-level decision-makers (health executives, CEOs, HR directors, hospital/clinic directors, operations directors, procurement directors…)

💡We expect our head of sales to be truly hands on

Manage the team

  • Manage, grow and lead our sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching, training and recruitment.

Coordinate with the other teams

  • Work closely with Hospital Success, Operations, Marketing, Product and other teams such as Legal, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and plans, as well as providing feedback on how we can improve our product at Arkhn

Preferred experience

You will love working with us if you can see yourself in the following traits:

  • You have excellent negotiation skills, good business acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • You know how to adapt your speech to various stakeholders (directors, project managers, institutional players) and you are not afraid to go on-site.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you enjoy proposing new ideas and innovating.

  • You have minimum 5 years experience in a position with similar responsibilities and related to health professions

  • You have experience managing a team of 2+ people

  • You have strong interest for data, Artificial Intelligence, the future of medicine and a passion for solving the biggest problems in health
