The Role
GoPro is seeking a highly-driven and result-oriented EMEA Territory Manager role. This pivotal role will be responsible for strategically managing and expanding relationships with existing retail and business distribution partners, as well as developing and onboarding new key accounts. As a hands-on individual contributor, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by forging strong partnerships and executing impactful integrated sales and marketing plans. The ideal candidate will love working with internal counterparts in a collaborative, creative, fast paced environment to overachieve sales goals and targets.
What You Will Do
- Lead account management and joint business planning for assigned retail and distribution partners.
- Pursue and achieve the company’s ambitious plans in terms of both revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborative forecasting with retailers to ensure healthy inventory levels (WOS) and maximize sales velocity.
- Maintain regular communications both internally and externally to review forecasts, orders, promotions, and inventory metrics.
- Identify and pursue potential channel expansion strategies within EMEA.
- Be prepared for national and international travel as required to effectively manage partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
Skills We’re Excited About
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of Sales Account Management within the EMEA Retail and Distribution Sector, across a variety of verticals to understand and implement the best sales strategy to achieve company goals.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA retail landscape, the unique challenges, market dynamics and the impact of currency fluctuations and exchange rates.
- Ability to demonstrate year-on-year sales growth within assigned territories and accounts.
- Ability to effect substantial positive change in a short timescale.
- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the GoPro brand, values and its products.

- Experience working within Eastern Europe and Middle East regions.
- Fluency in additional languages.
