We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Paris. You will work directly with the Lead Product Manager and the Tech Team, shaping and conceiving Apiday Products. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company determined to make a strong positive impact on the world.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Product Manager and Product Designer to significantly develop the Apiday product. Your role will be instrumental in driving the execution of the product roadmap, translating vision into actionable plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and improvements. With your experience and insights, you will contribute to shaping the future of our product and delivering exceptional value to our users.

• User Research and Feedback Analysis: Conduct user research, gather feedback from users, and analyze data to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and pain points. Use these insights to inform product decisions and prioritize improvements that drive user satisfaction and engagement.

• Product Development: Work closely with the Product team to define and execute the product roadmap. Translate high-level product goals into actionable tasks, prioritize features, and coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Feature Definition and Documentation: Gather and document detailed requirements for new features and enhancements. Clearly articulate user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to guide the development process.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, to align priorities, communicate updates, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.

• Project Management: Manage the end-to-end development process for your assigned stream, from ideation to release. Break down projects into manageable tasks, track progress, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.

• Product Launch and Adoption: Assist in planning and executing product launches, including coordinating marketing efforts, creating documentation, and facilitating training sessions as needed. Monitor product adoption and gather feedback post-launch to iterate and improve product offerings.

• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data, identify trends, and propose optimizations and enhancements to drive continuous improvement and meet business objectives.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering product initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Proficient in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights to inform product decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Enthusiastic about making a positive impact through product development and eager to contribute to the success of our startup.

• Fluency in English is important since it is our primary working language, and conversational French is a plus since we’re based in Paris
