Descriptif du poste

Andjaro is presently recruiting a Security and Privacy Compliance Manager to support our mission to provide a secure recruitment platform to our customers. This vital role to our company’s success will report directly to the CTO, with a position that traverses all aspects of our product and technology stack. The main objective is to design and build Andjaro’s accreditation and certification roadmap, while supporting our prospect and client requests.

Detailed mission

  • Design and maintain Andjaro’s accreditation and certification roadmap.
  • Setup and implement an appropriate ISMS aligned to Andjaro’s risks and business requirements, with supporting documentation
  • Manage a priority action plan project across supporting teams
  • Synchronise actions across many teams.
  • Coordinate and tracking audit activities, internal and external, as required
  • Act as the primary contact to support prospect and client queries and proposal support for privacy and security requests, maintaining bid proposal library
  • Design and implement an appropriate security culture and awareness program across Andjaro.

Profil recherché

  • Practical knowledge designing, implementing ISO 27001 in an international technical environment; knowledge and experience of SecNumCloud is a strong plus for any candidate
  • Working experience with EU GDPR, especially French market, required.
  • Experience with cloud security controls and environments (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to balance security against business and technical needs.
  • Proven project management and coordination capabilities with the ability to motivate and progress key stakeholder deliverables
  • Must be fluent in French and English with strong oral and written skills
