They are developing a centralised platform to address all the digital needs of independent hoteliers and vacation rental owners. Their SaaS solution allows owners to manage all the digital aspects of their properties (Website, sales, client management…) saving them valuable amount of time and money.

Co-founded by Alexandre (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne), Emmanuelle (ESCE) and Frédéric (ESSEC), they have clients on 4 continents, ranging from beautiful villas in Greece to powerful brands like Pierre & Vacances.

Job description

Amenitiz is growing fast and we’re looking Office Manager and Human resources assistant to work closely with the CEO to make sure that everything is running smoothly in the office and that our recruitment process will keep on fuelling our growth !

Your missions

Your missions will revolve around two axes:

Office management

  • Office management to ensure the well-being of the teams (consumables supplies, cleaning & technical services,…)
  • Organisation of internal events (team buildings, seminars, office parties, etc.)
  • Collect and organise invoices and expenses
  • Onboarding of new entrants from A to Z (welcoming them, creating all the access the need to all platforms, preparing all their goodies…)

HR assistant

  • Helping build recruitment scorecard before new hires
  • Craft and publish compelling job offers
  • Telephone pre-qualifications, appointment scheduling and assisting in the recruitement
  • Contracts and onboarding preparation

  • You are very organised and a quick thinker
  • You are discreet and trustworthy : you will often be party of confidential information
  • You are passionate and always want to go the extra mile
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • You are flexible and highly adaptable
  • You have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative
