At Amenitiz, they are a team of passionate individuals, building the future of the hospitality industry. They are developing a centralised platform to address all the digital needs of independent hoteliers and vacation rental owners. Their SaaS solution allows owners to manage all the digital aspects of their properties (Website, sales, client management…) saving them valuable amount of time and money.

Co-founded by Alexandre (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne), Emmanuelle (ESCE) and Frédéric (ESSEC), they have clients on 4 continents, ranging from beautiful villas in Greece to powerful brands like Pierre & Vacances.

Job description

We’re looking for someone to head our onboarding and care team, who will be responsible for managing and growing the onboarding and care team at Amenitiz (4 people and growing fast). This person will report directly to Emmanuelle, our COO.

Scope and responsibilities

  • You will be managing the customer onboarding and care team at Amenitiz
  • You will be in charge of the recruitment and training of new team members
  • You will be creating and deploying processes to optimize current workloads, automatizing all the tasks which shouldn’t require human interactions
  • Creating and maintaining useful documentation on processes and training materials
  • You will analyse current and upcoming bottlenecks, and proactively find ways to reduce them to help your team go faster and be more efficient
  • You will produce reports, dashboards and presentations to track KPIs and business results

Preferred experience

  • You have a first significant experience recruiting and managing a customer success team (Saas company is a plus).
  • You are willing to build a dynamic work environment and strive for the success and wellbeing of your team,
  • Strong empathy skill, real desire to help customers
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in either French or Italian
  • You are organised with excellent coordination skills,
  • You are a problem solver and rigorous
  • Past experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

This role is highly strategic and you will work in close collaboration with the founders on a daily basis.

Recruitment process
