    What will you be doing?

    Through building and maintaining strong client relationships within your region, you will be responsible for owning the Sales cycle by having a strong entrepreneurial mindset and being an expert communicator and collaborator. Our Business Development Managers work with a number of internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Business Excellence, and Digital Product to continuously work to improve the way in which we execute the Allurion sales strategy.

    Under Allurion's 4C Success Model, you will develop and drive growth and revenue results by using a consultative approach. You will need a thorough understanding of financial and marketing information to monitor results and the development of contingency plans. You will help to deliver maximum short-term impact and consistent long-term results within the French market and beyond.

    What we’re looking for in you:

    • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
    • 5+ Years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in the bariatric and/or aesthetic medicine industry (or closely related industries).
    • Proven track record as a strong individual contributor with an exceptional work ethic.
    • Valid drivers license and a good driving record. All sales employees are required to drive a personal vehicle for company business.
    • Home office capability is required with reliable high-speed internet access.
    • At least a C2 level of proficiency in French with a B2 level or above in English preferred.

    Location:

    This role must be based in the Southern part of France, with preference in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes/Occitanie/PACA

    Travel:

    A high level of travel required within the territory. This will include overnight stays, trade shows, and corporate trainings.

    Hours:

    Hours for this role may be flexible and will be communicated to the selected candidate by the Hiring Manager.
