As Associate for Portfolio Analytics within the Risk & Portfolio Management Team of Allianz Real Estate (ARE), you will be the data expert supporting data management and analyses for reporting activities as well as operational monitoring of Allianz Investors 12bn+ EUR West European Portfolio. The position is based in Paris, La Defense.
Your Role:
You will report to the West Europe Risk & Portfolio organization and will be:

• Pivotal role to the team, responsible for ensuring data quality, transparency and adequate analysis for the ARE West Portfolio.

• Coordinating data collection and data system integration and restitution; setting up the basis for efficient portfolio analyses for the region.

• Provide data analysis and reporting on the portfolio and support understanding throughout the organization of the portfolio KPIs, performance and risks from fellow R&P teams globally to ExCo members or Investors.

• Providing recurring reporting/financial analyses on the portfolio in partnership with other R&P team members but also Asset Management and Finance

• Lead for the region the set-up and implementation of new systems, working in close collaboration with other Allianz Real Estate hubs abroad in cross-regional projects and developing new tools for improving processes and data analyses.

Your Background/Skills:

• Master in Management/Engineering with minimum 3-5 years of related experience

• Proven experience in management and analysis of complex datasets of all forms

• At minima, interest for Real Estate and knowledge of main KPIs

• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and sharp understanding of systems infrastructures

• Excellent mastering of Microsoft Office (Excel incl. VBA, PPT, Access), experience of market place Real Estate systems (Argus)

• Fluent in English, good knowledge of French, Knowledge of additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, German) is a strong plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
