SENSORY & ANALYSIS MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Within our food laboratory unit, you will set up sensory & physico-chemical analysis methods which are essential to characterize and improve our range of food ingredients and products.
• Set up sensory analysis protocol, profile Algama employees and perform sensory training session
• Set up physico-chemical analysis protocol for food products and food ingredients (viscometer, texturometer, colorimeter, …)
• Test and improve your protocols by testing new products and ingredients under development.
• Organize and coordinate of sensory panels,

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION
Master or engineer degree’s in agri-food or product development / Statistics and analysis
English: read, written, spoken
