What we offer you on a daily basis as Senior Writer SEO 

Do you love researching, writing, and self-editing content? Are you familiar with the SaaS and social media management space? Do you know that creativity and organization aren't antonyms? Would you have rewritten this first paragraph to be tighter and keyword-focused? Then considering applying to be the SEO senior writer.

As part of the dynamic, high-paced Content team, you'll regularly work on highly strategic, SEO-rich written content for publication both on our site, our social media channels, and our in-house stakeholders in different departments throughout the world. 

Our Content team members are all over the world, so you'll have to work well asynchronously and be self-driven. (We do have some overlapping times and team meetings, so you won't feel isolated.) 

The Content team produces all the video, graphic design, and written content for the entire Agorapulse organization, so our SEO writer needs to love a fast-paced, agile environment and also be organized and communicative. In other words, if you're a very quiet, introverted writer who likes to keep to yourself, you won't want to apply. 

But if you like a good balance of the extroverted worklife (interviewing people, reaching out to stakeholders, communicating on projects, jumping into brainstorming sessions) and the introverted worklife (researching, writing, editing, organizing, etc.), you just may be the right fit for us.

The components of the role

• Write SEO-rich articles weekly, including competitor pieces and strategic, shorter content, in a fast-paced environment
• Produce summaries of livestreams and podcasts for publication on our blog and social media channels.
• Write content developed from content briefs from in-house stakeholders
• Develop a good, working relationship with the Data team and provide statistics and data for ebooks, data-rich articles, and white papers.
• Conduct research from reliable, solid sources.
• Strengthen existing articles for SEO through SEMrush research, updates, etc.
• Write both long-form and short-form content, according to the project's priority
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams regularly
• Communicate frequently with other members of the Content Production team on a dedicated Slack channel as well as other company employees via public channels.
• Brainstorm content marketing ideas, such as infographics and ebooks. 
• Understand and follow set processes for creating content.
• Light proofreading and editing skills
• Meet regularly with the director of Content one-on-one and participate in our Content team weekly meeting.
• Conduct competitive research.
• Stay on top of the going-ons in our SaaS space.

About you

•  You have between 4 and 5 years of experience in a similar position
•  You have a collaborative mindset : It is important for you to communicate with the teams in order to gather information
•  You speak, read, and write English perfectly idealy it's your native language
• You enjoy the culture of remote work.
