The position

Job description

We are growing our Application Services team! Come help us support range of applications and platfoms for clients from Life Science, Banking and other business. We operate business critical applications where following regulatory requirements and compliance is a must, so if you are up for the challenge, we may be looking for you!

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing of operational support for business critical applications based mostly on Microsoft technologies

  • Application infrastructure monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting

  • Incident and change management

  • Application technical validation and testing

  • Documentation creation and updating

  • Running healthchecks, user certificate management and advanced reporting

  • Participation in projects with focus on optimization, automation and implementation of changes and upgrades

Preferred experience

  • Decent understanding and familiarity with general IT infrastructure, different OS, Application/Web Platforms and services (event log checking, AD principles etc)

  • Experience with supporting bussiness critical applications and platforms

  • Great communication skills in English both verbal and written

  • Strong process adherence

  • Knowledge of a scripting language to the basic level (i.e. PowerShell, Bash, Python, or so - or commitment to acquire it within a defined period of time)

Nice to have experience with:

  • Strong understanding, or practical experience with of ITIL

  • Biztalk, IIS, Jboss, Apache Tomcat, Apache http, WebLogic, IBM MQ or similar Middleware platforms

  • Databases (SQL)

  • Life Science, Banking or similar clients (requiring strict compliance)
