Descriptif du poste

Adomik is looking for their new Head of Implementation to join our Client Services team based in the Paris headquarters.

You and your team are the technical point of contact of our clients as well as their main gateway to the Adomik Support and Tech teams.

The main tasks of the team are :

  • Manage the activation of our products for our clients : gather credentials, collect data and run data accuracy checks,
  • Customize products for clients, from design calls to effective implementation,
  • Troubleshoot Client technical issues with the support of the Adomik Support and Tech teams when needed. You will diagnose, prioritize, coordinate, resolve with the aim of keeping the client happy,
  • Work together with the Customer Success Managers to build close relationships with Adomik customers,
  • Become a trusted technical expert for our clients,
  • Improve internal processes and tools and coordinate with the Product team during the implementation,
  • Enhance the Knowledge Base of known/recurring issues and their resolution to increase efficiency and ensure the scalability of the Account Operations team

Your missions as a Head of Implementation will be :

  • Manage the Account Operations team (team of 3)
  • Assign all tickets coming through Zendesk to AO team members
  • Act as the escalation point for all AO queries (reassign tickets when required/necessary etc.)
  • Track progress on assigned tickets - minimum weekly check on “old tickets” or tickets with no action for too many days
  • Assign new client onboarding to AO team member (track each team member’s workload)
  • Organize daily/weekly/etc. Shifts (incidents, maintenance, fast tickets etc.)
  • Act as the escalation point for all AO matters to management and/or other teams
  • Organize new team member’s onboarding (with management’s support)
  • Supervise all process writing and update
  • Manage AO tasks as part of the AO team
  • Monitor Monthly OKR and define relevant actions
  • Act as team representative on all tooling improvements (Jira) with other teams (Product/Tech)

Profil recherché

  • Primary experience in team management (Account Managers, Technical Account Managers and/or Operations)
  • Hands-on technical skills (SQL, Data proc, transformation etc.)
  • Previous experience with Jira, Zendesk, or any other similar tools
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Process-oriented mindset, desire to create and formalize best practices
  • Clear and professional communication required, both internally and externally
  • Curious and passionate about learning technologies and tech skills in general (web, ad tech, etc.)
  • A good balance of autonomy and team-playing
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or any analytical/quantitative discipline is preferred
  • Experience in AdTech and/or Digital Advertising is a real plus
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
  • Fussball and darts skills are a plus too ;-)
