As a Partnerships Manager at Accor, you will have the mission to build and maintain a portfolio of partners aiming at enriching our ALL loyalty program value proposition and drive new revenue generation.

You will directly report to Travel Partnerships Director, and work closely with each Regional Partnership Heads, Finance, Marketing, and Product & IT teams. This team currently manages a portfolio of airlines, rail, mobility and lifestyle partners globally.

You will have to develop, manage, and coordinate a portfolio of travel partners for a dedicated region.

 

Your missions: 

As Travel Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, securing, and executing partnership opportunities in collaboration with regional hubs.
  • Analyze existing partnerships and define the development and management strategy for your portfolio of partnerships, in collaboration with regional hubs, in order to achieve defined objectives and develop their potential.
  • In collaboration with regional hubs, maintain relationships with our partners in order to maximize potential, discover new opportunities, and ensure long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of new partnerships with various stakeholders (regional hubs, Business Operations Manager, Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Customer Care, Accounting, etc.).
  • Ensure that all commitments and conditions negotiated in contracts are respected (marketing commitments, reporting, invoicing, etc.).
  • Analyze the performance of projects and partnerships, identify key success factors, and share lessons learned and knowledge with the various stakeholders.
  • Work with the Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Customer Care, Accounting, and Marketing teams to develop and manage your portfolio. Work closely with regional hubs to support and monitor their growth and partnership activation plans.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience of partnership management in Airlines, Rail, Mobility environments.
  • Proven expertise in the field of travel product and services.
  • Understanding of loyalty program economics in a B2C environment.
  • An international experience is highly valued.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French with an innate attention to detail.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study.

 

Qualification Expected

  • Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
  • Minimum 3 years in project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
