The Technical Services team is a newly developed team and offering at 360Learning. The team’s core mission and objective is to develop custom technical solutions integrated to our product for our clients and prospects, especially in the Enterprise segment. Technical solutions will include custom dashboards and BI, custom connectors & integrations, custom CSS, and other types of technologies and solutions.
We are currently looking for our very first Senior Manager Technical Services, who will help us to create and to lead the Technical Services department globally.
The goal is to build a target offering for scalable and re-usable custom technical solutions, i.e. a catalog of solutions:
- Informed by customer / prospect needs from pre-sales (prospect) and/or solution experts (customers)
- Developed to scale and replicate on future customers.
You will also intervene with prospects for custom scoping and pricing in case of needs outside of target offerings. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product team.
Within 1 month, you will:Become a Trello expert through our onboarding processUnderstand our product offering through trainingMaster our integration possibilities (flat files, APIs)Own technical services tool stack (Workato & more to select)Take on the coaching of a team 3+ (developer and technical implementation specialists)Define a quick win offer
Within 3 months, you will:Define the go-to-market strategy, roadmap and offer of the technical services from custom integration to custom look & feel as well as scripts and analytics Structure the selling process of the offerEnsure the delivery of the proposed offering - by yourself and by building a team and/or by 3rd-party providersDeliver the quick win offer for initial clientsIntervene with prospects & client to scope needs, build custom SoW & pricing Collaborate with the product team to identify where the product needs to evolve to allow for those product extensionsBe the point of contact for product, presales & PS on technical services offering and requestOwn the PnL of the team to reach profitability & growth
Within 6 months, you will:Successfully offer and deliver the technical services catalogSet selling, delivery and maintenance processGrew the team from 1 to 5 team members
Within 12 months, you will:Extend the team & those services towards our partner ecosystemGet the PNL to profitabilityEnsure continuous evolution of the offer to meet our customer needs
