The position

Job description

As a member of the 360Learning Product team, you’ll join our experienced PMs, Engineers, and Product Designers. You will be involved in the entire product development process, from brainstorming to final pixels. You’ll be joining a squad, dedicated to  a strategic segment of the product. You will be working on innovative features and funnels to deliver a world-class experience.

As a Product Designer, you'll partner with your stakeholders through product problems from beginning to end: translate insights into initiatives, define user experience workflow, make complex information understandable and design concepts that are really simple, very attractive and super user-friendly.

Within 1 month, you will :

  • Meet your squad, our Product Design team and all other relevant teams at 360
  • Get to know and embrace our Convexity culture
  • Discover our tools and processes and start your first projects 
  • Understand our product vision and strategic priorities
  • Participate in Design reviews and other rituals from the Design and Product teams
  • Within 3 months, you will :

  • Be an active member of your squad and set your routine to deliver great design
  • Conduct user research to gain insights and leverage data to take decisions
  • Create seamless and delightful flows to provide the best user experience to our users
  • Ensure design consistency across our product from conception to design handoff
  • Understand our product roadmap and contribute to your squad’s
  • Within 6 months, you will :

  • Enhance and improve processes in your squad and in the Design team
  • Autonomously lead discussions and workshops with various stakeholders and clients
  • Build a long-term vision with and for your squad
  • Contribute to transversal projects such as our Design System or improving accessibility
  • Understand our revenue model, how it fits in the market and our competitors
  • Within 12 months, you will :

  • Be the expert of your scope and mentor other Product Designers on it
  • Advocate for Design and show its impact on business outcomes
  • Make our product shine outside 360Learning through articles or conferences
  • Contribute to our product success through improved user satisfaction, engagement, and business impact
  • Bring innovation to our product through creative and strategic design thinking
  • The Skills Set

  • 5+ years of experience in start-ups, scale-ups or digital agencies
  • Strong portfolio of web and/or mobile apps showcasing attention to details and strategic thinking
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Figma, from wireframing to prototyping
  • Adaptable to changes in daily work processes and willingness to improve them
  • Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
