    Job description

    Our Learning Consultant team plays a crucial role in training our clients on how to create a Collaborative Learning organization and how to use our platform to reshape the way corporate learning is being distributed. They are a team of learning and development subject-matter experts, who excel in consultative roles.

    As a Learning Consultant, you will be part of the Client success team whose mission is to support customers during their contract life cycle, starting by the launch of their new collaborative learning software. 

    You will be assigned to a portfolio of projects that can go from:

    - Onboarding a new customer using a blended training approach, combining e-learning and live workshops, to help them understand and make the most of our exciting learning platform

    - Implementation projects of the solution on existing customers and ensure adoption and successful launch

    - Specific and dedicated workshops to boost client usage

    - Consulting projects of 6-12 weeks duration for best practices sharing and drive customer towards success. 

    Success in this role is measured by meeting customer satisfaction, key project timelines, and customer retention. 

    Within 1 month, you will:

  • Become a Trello and Convexity expert through our onboarding process
  • Understand how our Customer Success Team works together to make customers successful
  • Master our product and services offering 
  • Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hours
  • Shadow ongoing projects
  • Within 3 months, you will:

  • Host your first workshops with customers and get feedback from your peers
  • Start your first projects
  • Define your quarterly priorities in relation to the Customer Success Team with your coach
  • Become an active participant in updating our internal knowledge base on Trello to help the LEC team succeed and scale as we grow
  • Within 6 months, you will:

  • Take the lead on more complex workshops and projects
  • Master all advanced solutions
  • Participate in regular Discovery Meetings with Product Managers to identify the features that will impact your team's activity
  • Participate in pre-sales activities when large prospects need to experience first hand the type of support an LC will provide 
  • Within 12 months, you will:

  • Create the scripts and associated educational resources for new services delivered by the LC
  • Onboard and mentor at least 1 new LC
  • The Skill Set

  • First experience with creating or managing learning and development curriculum
  • You are recognized for your listening and teaching skills
  • Ability to express your ideas in a clear and concise manner, both written and oral
  • You are proactive and prefer working in a strong results-oriented culture
  • Keen interest for the digital industry, education and e-learning in particular
  • Fluent proficiency in French, German and English
