360Learning’s IT Manager is responsible for managing and scaling the day-to-day operations of the internal IT team.
As the sole leader of the Internal IT department, you'll work with other departments (mainly HR) to define and improve processes and mentor existing team members. Additionally, you'll work on IT-related projects and help team members with backend administration.
With 400 FTEs (of which 100 are in the USA), multiple 3rd party delivery partners and outsourced IT service providers to manage, the IT Manager is paramount to the scaling-up of the organization.
Based in France, you’ll have the opportunity to work fully remotely and will partner closely with the HR team. You’ll report to the Chief Information Security Officer.
After 1 month, you will:

Take ownership of the MDM (workspace one) and design and deliver the roll out strategyMonitor the VPN usage and provide employee support Be the application owner of several critical company IT services : Identity provider (google workspace) / Password manager (1password)After 6 months, you will:
Become a mandatory step in the purchasing process of application to rationale internal needs (federate the SaaS Tool official set)Be familiar with all the interactions between SaaS tools Oversee our EDR / XDR (CrowdStrike) usage, collaborate with our SOC in case of security incidentSupervise all network and infrastructure partners to ensure great work conditions for employees (laptops, wifi…) After 12 months, you will:
Design an IT management playbook for mergers and acquisitionsMaintenance and develop the organization's IT hardware policies for teams in France, US, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia : Computer deliveries & returns / IT support organization / Contract management with our 3rd party provider / Security policiesTake operational ownership of the account provisioning and deprovisioning automated processes (in house program leveraging APIs) The Skill Set:
You have 5+ years experience in an IT team, IT support, IT project, IT managementYou have Python and REST API skills You are familiar with MDM solutions (Workspace One is a plus)You are sensitive to security and compliance issues (data protection, access rights management, experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 would be a plus)You have already worked with remote teamsYou demonstrate strong analytical skillsYou have very good written communication skillsYou have solid project management experience with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.Native French and fluent English (C1 level) proficiencyEnthusiasm for our culture explained hereWhat we offer:
