We believe the prominence we have given to the individual car 🚗 in our society is no longer sustainable, and wish to foster safer and more sustainable streets 🌱 for all through our platform.

Trust 🔗 we do not allow any compromise on the reliable and secure management of mobility data. For us, it is not a brake on innovation, but rather a prerequisite that stimulates it.

Community 🏠: city dwellers and more broadly citizens are the indirect but very real beneficiaries of our ambitious mission. We are committed to building more sustainable and equitable transportation systems for all.

Creativity 🎨: at Vianova, we promote a flexible and autonomous approach to work. This implies a certain amount of freedom, which rewards each individual's initiative and ability to execute.

We are active supporters of the Women In Tech movement and are committed to developing and maintaining full gender parity by 2023 🎯. In addition, we have a strictly open employment policy and recruit a wide range of profiles, as long as they are passionate and qualified. To date, our team includes 10 different nationalities 🌍. All of our employees work remotely or come to the office using bicycles 🚲 or public transport, and as of 2023, we will provide all our employees with a Sustainable Mobility Pass 🌱.
