A graduate of Epitech, Frédéric worked in several startups before joining Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi in 2016 as the CTO of the Connected Car Platform, where he supervised 200 people between Paris and Tokyo and developed the technologies and architectures needed for the Alliance.

In early 2020, he joined the Vianova team as a co-founder. Frédéric guides the technical team through the use of agile methodologies and the implementation of ambitious goals. He also defines the product roadmap, as well as ensures the scalability of the systems and the architecture of the platform. Passionate about photography and Japanese culture, Frédéric loves to travel and coach his team with the help of the Zen philosophy.

Thibaud is Vianova's Swiss Army knife: as a COO, he manages tech, marketing, business, legal, financial and HR issues. His mission is also to ensure the smooth running of operations and to implement processes, progressively automated, in order to improve the operational efficiency of the entire team. A fan of travel and extreme sports, Thibaud regularly practices surfing, climbing and water skiing.

A graduate of Essec and CentraleSupélec, Thibaud started his career in Consulting at IBM, before joining Google as a Product Marketing Manager where he worked on the launch of future consumer artificial intelligence products (Assistant, Home, Pixel) to make them accessible to several million users. In 2017, during the VivaTech trade show, he met Thibault with whom he co-founded a 1st startup, Spark Horizon, which would be the beginning of their joint entrepreneurial adventure leading to the creation of Vianova.

Thibault started his career as a Quantitative Developer at HSBC after obtaining a Master's degree in Industrial and Financial Engineering (INSA Lyon, University of Illinois). He then joined the investment fund GZC Investment Management as a trader in the energy sector, where he grew a passion about the energy transition and electric mobility.

In 2017, he co-founded Spark Horizon - Europe's 1st ad-sponsored network of electric vehicle charging stations - and then Vianova in 2018. At Vianova, Thibault implements the business strategy, instills the product vision and develops partnerships with cities and mobility operators. Passionate about rugby and mountain biking, he is both an energetic competitor and a true leader, who knows how to empower his teams to take on exciting challenges.

Marcus Miller is Vianova's Market Development Associate covering the UK, Nordics, and Baltics. He helps raise awareness about Vianova by building relationships with public authorities and mobility operators and works closely with clients to tackle their shared mobility challenges.

Marcus graduated with a degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from Stockholm's Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), following an undergraduate degree in Economics and Geography.

He conducted his Master's thesis on the role electric scooters could play in sustainable transport systems at the Swedish Road and Transport Research Institute and has also worked on European Union-funded research projects on micro-mobility and last-mile delivery.

Alexander Pazuchanics is Vianova’s Head of Policy & Partnerships, bringing with him Masters of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is the Former Mobility Solutions Manager for the City of Seattle. Before that he worked as Assistant Director for Policy, Planning, and Permitting at the City of Pittsburgh’s Department of Mobility and Infrastructure. He is the author of Pittsburgh’s Smart City Vision: “SmartPGH”.

Markus is Vianova's Head of Market Development in DACH Region. He studied political science before starting a career in strategic interest representation and government partnerships. He worked for innovators such as Deutsche Telekom and Philip Morris. Before joining Vianova he consulted various shared mobility players on behalf of specialized lobby firm Concilius AG.

Andrew Wilsdorf (half British and half French), MBA holder with 17 years in Software Projects, Customer Success, and Cleantech/Climatech leadership, contributes invaluable expertise to Vianova. His key competencies span Customer Success strategy, Key Account Management, Software Projects (CRM, ERP, Data Analytics, AI), Marketing, and Change Management. Currently, as a leader at Vianova, Andrew manages a dynamic Customer Success team, ensuring qualitative client follow-up and prioritizing actions based on customer KPIs. His role extends to designing organizational structures, strategies for team development, and fostering cross-team collaboration. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and impactful customer lifecycles, Andrew actively contributes to Vianova's continued growth and client satisfaction.

Anne Legendre is a Data Scientist at Vianova. With a degree in Applied Mathematics and Modeling from Polytech Nice Sophia, Anne excels in Data Science. With a rich background, she focuses on creating innovative projects in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, emphasizing sustainable mobility. Anne has led key projects, developing solutions for fleet optimization, carbon emission prediction, and multimodal road safety. Her in-depth data exploration skills significantly contribute to the company's innovation and decision-making processes.

Iris Fernandez, an experienced expert in B2B digital marketing, describes herself as an accomplished specialist with over 7 years of experience in orchestrating multi-platform marketing campaigns. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and boasting a decade of experience, Iris currently serves as the Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Vianova. Her passion for growth marketing, combined with a data-driven approach, has played a crucial role in successfully supporting early-stage startups, leading them to acquisition.

Jimmy Doré, actuellement Backend Lead et Data Engineer chez Vianova, est diplômé de l'École Polytechnique de Nantes. Shreyas Aithal, armed with a master's degree in business administration and over 10 years of experience, is a skilled sales specialist in SaaS and mobility with a global perspective. Currently leading the charge as the Head of Global Partnerships at Vianova, Shreyas is actively expanding our B2B network and playing a pivotal role in shaping new product features. His diverse skill set includes data management, product development, go-to-market strategy, stakeholder management, product strategy, market analysis, and communication, particularly in the realm of SaaS.

Vianova is THE data platform that facilitates the integration and management of new mobility services in the public space. But, what does this mean exactly?
