Past and future
Since its launch in April 2021, Onepilot has adopted a cruising speed! In less than 8 months, we have raised 2.5 million euros, welcomed 50 employees, opened a second country, initiated a dozen partnerships and opened 3 new offices. But despite this growth, we remain a company with a very strong culture: our recruitments favour empathetic personalities, team spirit and empowerment.

Onepilot wants to reinvent outsourced customer service by making it human, local, qualitative and instantaneous. The next few months will be full of challenges and adventures: with new area openings, technological innovations, and the long-term goal of becoming the world's leading customer service outsourcing company. Each new recruit will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise and participate in the growth of Onepilot while developing their responsibilities and career. Despite our ambitions, Onepilot remains a company with a human and empathetic culture. Happiness at work is of the utmost importance to our co-founders, and for this reason we have many initiatives in place to ensure that it remains as high as possible: regular one-to-one meetings, monthly employee satisfaction measurements, development plans and transparency.
