The tech team develops MANGOPAY’s products and also operates them in production. We ensure that MANGOPAY’s service quality supports the company’s growth thanks to technical and operational scalability while always pursuing technical excellence.

We achieve this with small, stable, senior teams with expertise in transaction management, scalability and QoS, and cultivate expertise and continuous improvement in a benevolent environment.
We use a toolset for continuous improvement: agile framework, blameless post-mortems and team empowerment. We also have a strong QoS culture: development practices, different test environments for non regression / feature validation / load test etc, test automation, high availability, tech and activity monitoring.
