A successful onboarding experience is our priority. Whether you are in the field or at our headquarters in Lyon, you will be warmly welcomed by the back-office team. A buddy will support you from day one to guide you and ease your integration.

To give you all the keys to succeed in the field, you will follow a comprehensive 6-week onboarding program, including training sessions on our company and our products.

We love coming together and celebrating key moments throughout the year: team buildings, Epiphany cake, Candlemas, Easter, a Christmas tree for employees’ children… Every occasion is an opportunity to share a great moment together!
