We are Coline and Mahault, pharmacists passionate about cosmetology and natural beauty.

Behind the pharmacy counter, we met women and men looking for a simpler, more genuine, and more responsible offering—free from unnecessary extras and unfulfilled, over-promising claims.

This inspired us to create products that combine natural ingredients, proven effectiveness, and eco-design.

Nothing about this pursuit of excellence was easy, and at times we had to let go of ideas that were not aligned with our values.

Our goals: to create highly natural and biodegradable formulas, eliminate unnecessary packaging, find alternatives to petrochemical plastics, reduce environmental impact as much as possible, and offset our carbon footprint wherever we can—while still offering sensorial products at fair prices.

But we were convinced that anything was possible. And this vision has been built day after day, starting with what matters most: our teams.

Our ambition goes beyond simple growth. We want to become a regenerative-minded company that acts with awareness.

Our values are the fundamental principles that unite us all. They define our identity, guide our internal culture and shape our relationships with our employees, partners and customers, helping us build a shared vision.

We gave the floor to those who speak best about La Rosée: our employees. We asked them how they would describe our company culture.

Seven core values emerged.

From formulation to distribution, all our ranges are designed to minimize our impact on the planet as much as possible.

Our commitments are strong:

So that everyone can be an active part of the change, our teams are trained on climate-related issues.

In April 2023, we updated our company bylaws to embed our social, societal and environmental commitments. In November 2024, we obtained B Corp certification, recognizing our responsible and committed approach.

We also took part in the Climate Business Convention (CEC). Following this journey, we decided to go even further by becoming a regenerative-minded company. Our goal: to give back to the planet more than we take from it.
