Most team members join the agency as editorial project managers. Over time, as you learn new skills and gain a greater understanding of client relations, you have the opportunity to evolve to senior project manager level. Senior project managers, in addition to managing projects, lead accounts involving multiple people in the agency. They are responsible for guiding other team members and controlling the quality of their work. 

Editorial project managers may also have the opportunity to evolve through specialization - for example by heading an expertise in design, video or training.
