Job description

The impact you will have at Elevo

HR at Elevo plays a key role in our employee’s experience, in our organisation performance and moreover in our business success. You will collaborate actively with Aminata, our Head of People by delivering the People department strategy on an operational level in order to provide a top tier People Experience.

Your day-to-day missions as a HR specialist / People partner

1. HR / People Operations (70%)

  • Deliver the People department strategy and projects by collaborating closely with the Head of People on several topics (for example: annual reviews, hybrid working, salary grid, career paths etc.)
  • Enhance and coordinate all employee lifecycle processes in order to provide the best experience possible;
  • Handle monthly payroll
  • Create and update contracts and documents as necessary.
  • Manage and continually improve our HR stack: Payfit, Slack, Notion…

2. Events / Office Management / Culture (30%)

  • Make Elevo culture shine and thrive everywhere (in the offices, for remote employees, on social medias etc.)
  • Organize various events: offsites, kick offs, all hands and after-work activities.
  • Manage office equipment and devices; ensure great experience for remote employees

Preferred experience

This role is a good fit for you if:

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in people operations / Human ressources / Office management
  • You have good knowledge of the main rules of French labor law and Syntec Convention
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French
  • Relationships comes naturally to you, and you love taking care of people you work with;
  • You know how to handle different tasks at the same time, yet knowing how to prioritize them
