Remote policy

Aware that work-life balance is an essential dimension of well-being at work, Kwanko has chosen to facilitate this balance by implementing a remote work policy, even before the COVID-19 health crisis. We have opted for a hybrid organisation: in the head office, 2 days at the office and 3 days working from home per week; in the other countries, 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home. On home office days, the teams have the choice and can of course decide to work from the office instead, if they prefer.

Lisbon office

Our offices are located in the heart of Lisbon, in its most beautiful avenue. Our teams, about fifty employees of all nationalities, work in open-space, and are spread over two floors. On the 6th floor: a fun room with a TV and Playstation, a pool table and a ping-pong table. On the 7th floor: the kitchen area, a rest room and a magnificent rooftop with a breathtaking view of the city. Ideal for a lunch break in the sun! A little extra: with the flexoffice, teams are free to choose their workspace each day, to sit between teams, to change floors... Closed offices do not exist, even for managers, which encourages exchanges and proximity.
