We use agile methodologies to promote the autonomy and impact of our teams. Each team is built around different domains, with OKRs defined by quarter. We aim to make each team autonomous and empowered in its field, which fosters in-depth expertise, rapid decision-making and significant impact.

We use methods such as Scrum or Kanban according to specific needs, and every two weeks, teams present their achievements to the whole company, promoting transparency and collaboration at all levels.
