Your Role

As a Customer Care Team Lead, your role will be to ensure the good performance of the team while ensuring our customers’ satisfaction when they contact our services for assistance on our product.

Our Team

As a customer care team, we are responsible of our clients’ satisfaction when they need assistance with our product. We are also the bridge between clients and product team for influencing the product roadmap.

Key Missions

  • Guarantee that standards are applied correctly by the team : support, qualification, intervention, satisfaction
  • Support the team through an ongoing internal training program
  • Ensure change management related to major initiatives
  • Lead a problem solving process
  • Recruit and onboard new joiners

What we're looking for

  • You have senior experience in BtoB customer relations
  • You like working in a team and developing your team skills
  • You like to try new things and learn every day
  • You have already led projects to improve performance
  • You know how to share a vision to take your team where you want it
  • You are fluent in both French & English (read, write & speak)

    You'll be our rockstar if

    • You are familiar with the restaurant industry
    • You already have experience in Food Tech
    • You speak a third language (German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish)
