Onboarding et formation :

Onboarding and Training

We are convinced that a successful integration is a key step in building employee loyalty. An onboarding program is put in place as soon as the new employee arrives: meeting and presentation of the different teams to better understand his/her colleagues and their activities, in-house training on tires and the job, etc.
Each new recruit is assigned a "Wyz' Pair" who will guide him/her through all the informal aspects of getting to know the company.

Throughout an employee's life at Wyz, he or she can benefit from training tailored to his or her needs and desires, either through partner organizations or via "Wyz Skills", in-house mini-training courses on a variety of topics. WYZ Skills are prepared and run by employees who have mastered a subject and want to share it with their colleagues.

Rituals and events

At WYZ, we believe that well-being and conviviality are essential for everyone to develop professionally and personally.

Team-building events, regular breakfasts, board games, ping-pong, billiards and table soccer tournaments, and afterworks are all part of the fun.

WYZ encourages its teams to get active or relax in their free time, thanks to its gym and sauna.

WYZMoove, the sports association, livens up the lives of Wyzers with a new activity every month, such as introductions to golf, rollerblading or boxing. Yoga and cross-fit classes are also offered during lunch breaks, supervised by certified coaches.

Particularly sensitive to CSR issues, Wyz organizes numerous actions defined and deployed by the CSR committee. Initiatives are put in place to raise Wyzers' awareness of social and environmental issues, such as the installation of beehives, blood drives, or mobilization for associative causes.

Business actions are also implemented to reduce the carbon footprint.

Alternative transport options are also available, thanks to a nearby bus stop or bicycle shelter.

It's a collective commitment that's part of a global vision and a daily rhythm for every WYZer.
