The Business team is responsible for marketing all WYZ offers throughout Europe.
It comprises a "Field" team and a "Sales Management" unit.
The "Field" team is specialized in 3 distinct divisions: Manufacturers, Dealers/Specialists, and Fleet.
Sales Management is the essential link in the coordination between the field and in-house teams.
The perfect balance between experience and business knowledge is sought to ensure a dynamic daily service to customers.
The Customer Relations team is in charge of supporting customers, and more specifically users of the platforms developed by WYZ.
The team is made up of 10 people with international profiles to address the different areas managed (Germany, Spain, Portugal, BNL, etc.).
She is responsible for the logistical follow-up of each order, as well as any questions relating to the use of the tools in the various activities.

The mission of the Projects team is to build solutions that meet the needs of WYZ customers.
It brings together Product Owners, who organize and build products in line with the WYZ roadmap and strategy, and Project Managers, who follow the more specific needs of external or internal customers.
The Projects team works closely with the IT and Business teams, as well as with other platform user support departments.
The Tech team brings together several professions and works closely with the Projects team on WYZ products:
Delivery: made up of developers, the team builds, develops and maintains all products
Quality Assurance: they support the tech team in automating tests on all applications to avoid bugs and improve satisfaction and velocity.
Security / infrastructure: they set up the infrastructure on AWS, as well as the preventive measures needed to protect it.
Support: assisting, answering and advising all users; managing level 2 request tickets
The main mission of the Data team is to make qualified data available on the platforms, and to exploit the data available to WYZ through its tools, to provide analyses to the various teams so that they can make decisions.
The team is made up of both data engineers and business experts in charge of the product catalog.
The Purchasing team is responsible for managing all WYZ tire purchasing. It works in three main areas:
The supplier panel: having the best suppliers/partners to meet our customers' expectations and WYZ's challenges (quality of service, delivery times, competitiveness, etc.) in the various countries where WYZ is present.
Negotiating with panel suppliers
Monitoring of service quality and, in particular, compliance with stated delivery times
Human resources missions (recruitment of profiles that share WYZ values, onboarding, HR development, etc.).
Contract management tasks (sales, insurance, service providers)
All finance, management and accounting professions are represented, and carry out a wide range of assignments, from financial steering to invoicing.
These analytical skills centers invoice, identify potential difficulties, pinpoint feasibility and propose corrective actions to optimize working methods and improve organizational performance.
The Finance team supports management in strategic decision-making, while assisting all employees on a day-to-day basis.
