Meet Annie, Head of Americas - Jus Mundi — Meet Annie, Head of Americas

Annie is a Canadian international lawyer and arbitrator and serves as Head of Americas at Jus Mundi.

In this role, she oversees the company’s strategic growth, partnerships, and commercial operations in the region. She works closely with law firms, corporations, governments, and arbitral institutions to expand access to Jus Mundi’s legal intelligence solutions and to deepen the company’s engagement with the arbitration and international law communities throughout the region.

Annie also plays a key role in shaping Jus Mundi’s global business strategy, contributing her market expertise and industry insight to the company’s broader leadership team.

Dmytro, Director of Global Market - Jus Mundi — Dmytro, Director of Global Market

Dmytro is from Ukraine and has completed his studies in International Law in Ukraine and France. He joined Jus Mundi in 2018 and spent two years in the Legal & Data team of Jus Mundi where he was involved in creating the multilingual machine learning process alongside the Tech team. He then switched to business development and is currently the Team Leader at Sales team.

Product

Our Product Team is a multidisciplinary group of around 10 experts including Product Managers, Product Designers, and Legal Product Specialists based in Paris.

Working in close partnership with our development squads, they shape the vision and execution of Jus Mundi’s multi product platform.

The team combines user centered design, legal and technical expertise, and rigorous product discovery to deliver innovative, intuitive, and scalable solutions that meet the needs of a global legal community.

Meet Monica, Head of Product - Jus Mundi — Meet Monica, Head of Product

Monica Crespo, the Head of Product of Jus AI, is a Panamanian lawyer who transitioned into product leadership and is driven by a passion for legal tech innovation. Her product journey began as a co-founder of a non-profit, where she built the first centralized search engine for legal rulings in Panama. She has published papers on the organizational impact and ethical questions of using AI in law. At Jus AI, she works closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to drive product evolution and ensure it delivers unparalleled value to users while leveraging the latest technology innovations.

Customer Success

Our Customer Success function sits within our Care Team, a group of around 10 professionals that includes Customer Care specialists, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success Managers across Europe, LATAM, the US, and Brazil.

This integrated setup enables us to deliver a seamless client experience from onboarding to renewal. Combining operational rigor with a proactive, relationship driven mindset, the Care Team ensures every client gains maximum value from Jus Mundi while supporting strong, sustainable growth.

Rencontrez Jessica, Director of Customer Success - Jus Mundi — Rencontrez Jessica, Director of Customer Success

Jessica is a Brazilian lawyer turned legal-tech professional. She has worked as a lawyer and later as a Key Account Manager in a French unicorn before joining Jus Mundi in 2019, where she now leads the Customer Success team, bridging law and technology to deliver impactful client solutions.

Her mission is to ensure clients are getting real value from the product. She works cross-functionally with product, legal, and sales to bring the client’s voice to the table and guide priority decisions. A big part of her work is helping legal teams understand how AI can boost efficiency and strategy, ultimately empowering clients to evolve with the industry.

Tech

Our Tech Team is a group of 25 engineers and experts organized into four squads: Data and AI, Jus AI, Jus Mundi/Jus Connect, and Platform.

Working in close collaboration with Product and Design, each squad drives a critical part of our technology ecosystem, from advanced data pipelines and AI models to our core products and infrastructure.

With a strong engineering culture, a focus on scalability and quality, and a commitment to continuous innovation, the Tech Team powers the growth and reliability of the entire Jus Mundi platform.

Rencontrez Thomas, CTO - Jus Mundi — Rencontrez Thomas, CTO

Thomas is a technology enthusiast, entrepreneur, co-founder and CTO at Jus Mundi. With a degree in Information Systems Management, he began his career as a Software Engineer and then IT Project Manager at Capgemini. During his tenure, he collaborated with a diverse range of institutions and companies. With 10 years of experience, Thomas honed his skills in backend development and architecture.

His main focus is to support Jus Mundi’s product and business with R&D and new technologies implementation. One of Thomas’s most notable achievements includes being an integral part of the Jus Mundi Serie A and its subsequent growth. His philosophy is rooted in trust, transparency, mutual assistance, and the art of maintaining simplicity in complex scenarios.

Rencontrez Dash, Head of Data & IA - Jus Mundi — Rencontrez Dash, Head of Data & IA

Ayushman Dash is an AI leader, ex-entrepreneur, and researcher currently serving as Head of Data & AI at Jus Mundi. He leads the development of advanced AI agents and automation, reshaping how legal professionals access and understand international law.

Before joining Jus Mundi, he founded and served as CEO of NeuralSpace, a company focused on augmenting human creativity through language AI, especially in low-resource languages. Under his leadership, NeuralSpace raised significant investment and worked with several organizations to embed AI into real workflows. His expertise is backed by research publications in natural language processing and computer vision.
