As Senior AI Product Manager, you will lead the Search squad, with a clear mission: give arbitration lawyers the best-in-class search and AI capabilities to perform legal research within Jus Mundi’s unmatched legal data library.
You will work at the intersection of arbitration expertise, AI-driven products, and search technologies. Your role is to deeply understand the needs and workflows of arbitration professionals—Big Law lawyers, arbitrators, arbitration institutions, and in-house counsel—and translate those insights into a clear, ambitious, and executable product roadmap.
You will own the evolution of all search-related capabilities at Jus Mundi, starting with Jus AI, our flagship AI solution, and ensure that our products deliver measurable value, accuracy, and trust to legal professionals worldwide.
Own the product vision and roadmap for Jus Mundi’s search and AI capabilities, with a strong focus on Jus AI
Lead discovery efforts with arbitration professionals to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation
Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
Partner closely with engineering, data, AI, design, and legal content teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Drive prioritization and trade-offs, balancing user impact, technical complexity, and business objectives
Ensure a data-driven approach to product decisions, including funnel analysis, experimentation, and performance tracking
Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously iterate based on usage data and user feedback
Act as a product evangelist internally, aligning stakeholders around vision, strategy, and outcomes
(Optional, depending on experience) Contribute to team leadership and mentoring, helping raise the bar for product practices across the organization
Required:
3+ years of experience in Product Management, including 1+ year working on AI-powered products (e.g. search, NLP, LLM-based features, or data-heavy systems)
Good understanding of arbitration workflows and users, such as Big Law arbitration lawyers, arbitrators, arbitration institutions
Ability to combine user empathy, legal domain knowledge, and technical fluency to build impactful AI products
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Highly appreciated:
2+ years of experience in arbitration, or a closely related legal field. Alternative legal backgrounds are welcome, including litigation, legal tech experience, especially products serving arbitration or complex litigation professionals
Proven track record of funnel analysis and data-driven decision-making
Prior people management experience
Location: Based in Paris or able to work from the Paris office twice a week
