We have chosen a matrix organization to allow our talent to maintain versatile, project-based roles while developing specialized expertise. This structure provides them with highly cross-functional roles, enabling them to assess their impact and contributions while fostering collaboration and collective intelligence.

Our teams have historically been based in Sophia Antipolis and Paris. Since January 2025, new offices have opened in Toulouse, the global capital of aeronautics!

🛰️ SATCOM
Greenerwave designs next-generation user terminals capable of directing beams in real time, in one or multiple directions, meeting the demands of the most advanced connectivity applications. Our products are innovative, state-of-the-art antennas that combine energy efficiency and electronic control, specifically developed for next-generation satellite communications. They enable transmission to all types of satellites (LEO, MEO, GEO), are compatible with various frequency bands (X, Ku, Ka, Q, V), and can interface with any type of system for terrestrial, maritime, and aeronautical markets, both civil and military. Our first LEO/GEO product ensures highly performant connectivity tailored for low Earth orbit (LEO) and geostationary (GEO) satellites.

In parallel, we continue our R&D activities in SATCOM to drive further innovation while adapting our solutions to meet the needs of today's and tomorrow's markets.

Greenerwave is a pioneer in Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), a major technological innovation, backed by an exclusive patent portfolio and unique expertise covering the entire process from design to optimization. We enable dynamic and precise control of electromagnetic waves, unlocking new possibilities for wireless connectivity. Our RIS stand out for their ability to seamlessly integrate with various surfaces, ensuring simplified deployment across all types of environments. By leveraging passive wave reflection rather than active emission, our technology overcomes the limitations of traditional communication protocols. Our unmatched expertise positions us as a leader in the field, paving the way for more efficient, sustainable, and energy-efficient connectivity solutions for tomorrow's wireless networks, from 5G to future 6G and NTN networks.

Alongside our R&D projects and product development, our Innovation Hub pushes the boundaries of our technological potential. True to its history, Greenerwave is deeply committed to continuing its research and innovation activities and delivering unique and promising new solutions. This hub will be led by our technical experts, who will oversee all upstream research projects. They will identify new technological and market opportunities by working in close collaboration with the R&D teams and management on strategy, innovation concepts, foresight analysis, and research fields. Their mission is to provide disruptive solutions in a world seeking meaning and more sustainable innovations.

🔬Radiofrequency

Our Radio Frequency research teams work on the technological core of Greenerwave, designing and characterizing new types of intelligent antennas and reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (metasurfaces). Our engineers and researchers manage both upstream research projects (Proof of Concept - PoC) and product development projects. Each team member is involved in every stage of development, from design and prototype fabrication to laboratory measurements and demonstrations with our partners.

⚛️ Algorithms

Our Algorithms and Modeling experts bring their diverse expertise in wave physics, applied mathematics, and artificial intelligence (machine learning, deep learning, neural networks) to predict and control the radiation patterns of our antennas. To address these technical challenges, they are fully engaged in designing experimental tests and analyzing the resulting data.
