Jonathan Cherki has served as CEO since founding Contentsquare in 2012. He has grown Contentsquare exponentially while promoting the importance of UX to optimize the customer journey. He believes knowledge is power, and his mission is to change the way companies work by creating a data-driven culture that is accessible to everyone.

As Contentsquare’s Chief Technical Officer, Patrick Chatain has been instrumental in steering the company’s technological vision since joining in 2017, back when the team was 200 strong. Now, with a global workforce of 1,800, Patrick and his team are dedicated to implementing cutting-edge technology that meets the demands of high-speed, large-volume data environments. His focus on KPIs and complex metrics enables Contentsquare to deliver innovative solutions at scale, keeping the company at the forefront of digital experience analytics.

Arnaud Gouachon is Chief Legal Officer at Contentsquare and a full stack General Counsel with experience in both public companies and VC-backed hypergrowth startups. He has responsibility over the Legal (commercial transactions, corporate & tax, IP, litigation, employment law), Digital Trust (privacy & data ethics) and Security functions. Prior to joining Contentsquare in early 2019, Arnaud was Chief Legal Officer at PeopleDoc and VP Legal at Ultimate Software. Arnaud is a problem-solving partner to the business, focused on turning legal and compliance challenges into business opportunities and revenue accelerators. He is passionate about building globally diverse legal teams. Arnaud and his wife are proud parents of three children and live in New York City. He is also an accomplished marathon runner.

Joël Maurinier is a Product Design Director at Contentsquare, where he drives the design of impactful products and services at the Core Product division. With experience as Lead UX Designer at Renault Digital, Joël is a dedicated mentor and coach who loves nurturing creativity and innovative thinking within his teams. His passion lies in crafting user-centered solutions that enhance user experience and deliver exceptional value

Priyanka Khan is the Director of Quality Engineering at Contentsquare, bringing over 11 years of expertise in quality analysis, engineering, and assurance. Since joining in 2018, she has built and led high-performance teams, transforming the quality landscape across R&D and Product. Priyanka is known for her strategic approach, focusing on quality process optimization, test automation frameworks, and developing robust Quality KPIs. Her team’s dedication to quality excellence ensures Contentsquare consistently delivers superior products that meet the highest standards in the industry.

Hamish Scott-Wilson is a Senior Product Designer at Contentsquare with over 9 years of experience as a hands-on product design leader in B2B SaaS and fintech. He specializes in end-to-end design and 0-1 product builds, with a passion for AI experimentation and aligning user needs with business goals to drive product innovation. Known for his strategic approach, he brings a background in research-driven iteration and building scalable design systems to create impactful user experiences.

Gabriella Soares is a Senior Talent Partner at Contentsquare, with 8 years of experience in high-growth tech companies. She specialises in talent acquisition, stakeholder collaboration, and scaling teams across multiple functions. Since joining Contentsquare, Gabriella has led key hiring initiatives that support the company’s rapid growth and innovation goals. James Fearne is Director of Customer at Contentsquare, bringing over 11 years of expertise in Digital Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimisation & Customer Success. Since joining in 2018, he has worked with a huge array of customers and managed various different segments & regions within Customer Success. James is known for his proactive approach, putting customers first and driving his teams to execute on their aim to drive maximum value from the partnership for their customers.

Elika Bedroud is an Enterprise Account Executive on the FSI team at Contentsquare. Since joining in 2020, she has built a strong five-year track record of consistently exceeding targets and advancing from BDR to Enterprise AE. Elika is known for her ability to build strong customer relationships, navigate complex sales cycles with precision, and uncover business challenges that lead to high-impact, value-driven solutions. Her strategic mindset, combined with a hands-on, collaborative approach, consistently drives measurable results.

Jonathan Tunnicliffe is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare, where he has been driving customer growth and retention since joining in February 2022. With a strong track record of managing strategic and enterprise accounts, Jonathan partners closely with leading brands to deliver measurable outcomes through Contentsquare’s all-in-one experience intelligence platform. He is known for his consultative approach, aligning product capabilities to customer goals and embedding value across the customer lifecycle. Elissa Goldenberg is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Contentsquare, where she combines her expertise as a DEI expert, social impact consultant, and certified coach. Elissa’s mission is to cultivate inclusive workplace cultures where every employee can thrive. She leverages her academic background in organizational change management to drive social impact and meaningful organizational transformation.

Liam Breen has served the US Market since July 2020, when he joined the Sales Development Team at Contentsquare. He joined as employee number 700, is based in New York City, and watched the company grow while helping penetrate the US Market. After two years of going through the Sales Development Program, Liam was promoted to Enterprise Account Executive in April 2022.

Chang Jiang, a Learning and Development Specialist at Contentsquare, has seen her career evolve since she joined as an intern. Progressing through roles as an L&D Partner to her current specialist position, Chang has spent over two years expanding her expertise and contributing to the company’s growth. Her mission is to empower employees through dynamic training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within Contentsquare.

Clémence Vermersch is the Director of Corporate Finance and Chief of Staff to the CFO at Contentsquare. Bringing her expertise from her former role as Investor Relations Director at Criteo, Clémence is deeply committed to strategic financial planning and operational efficiency. She’s passionate about fostering transparent, sustainable financial practices that support Contentsquare’s growth and financial resilience.
