Your purpose:


Y
ou make sure our restaurant partners get the most out of Zenchef—every day. You build strong relationships, solve problems before they grow, and help customers stick around and thrive.

Your team:


You join the Customer Success team. We're the go-to partners for clients once they’re onboarded, and we make sure they stay happy, supported, and confident using Zenchef.

What you will do:

  • Call customers proactively using phone and video tools to check usage and satisfaction

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurants to ensure trust and loyalty

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, answering questions and resolving concerns quickly

  • Understand each restaurant’s unique needs using client data and feedback

  • Propose personalized solutions to improve their experience and usage of Zenchef

  • Run regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and fine-tune our support

  • Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling using product knowledge and insight

  • Track and act on satisfaction metrics like NPS and CSAT to improve the customer experience

  • Share learnings and suggestions with your team to help us grow revenue and retention

Requirements:

What you will bring to the table:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and how to track customer satisfaction

  • A passion for hospitality and a bonus if you know the restaurant industry

  • A love for helping customers succeed, with a proactive mindset

  • Strong commercial sense and the ability to spot revenue opportunities

  • Comfortable negotiating and closing upsell or cross-sell opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken

  • Attention to detail, empathy, and patience when guiding clients

  • Fluent in French and B2-level English
