This role is perfect for someone who wants to join a fast-growing startup that’s looking to develop and implement great processes and expands the realm of possibilities for millions of European homeowners. Here, you’ll be part of a team that ensures Zefir can scale without any trade-off on quality and satisfaction.

You will be part of the Pricing Business Unit. This team made of Pricing Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Web Developers, and Data Scientists aims at maximizing Zefir revenue by evaluating homes at the right price (for acquisition) and monitoring our portfolio of homes in the market (for reselling).

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead projects to improve the productivity and accuracy of our pricing operations
  • Work across diverse functions including operations, investment, sales, product, design, and engineering. Navigate through the different teams to make things happen.
  • Improve processes to make them more personalized and more efficient, identify opportunities to automate further our tools
  • Optimize and revamp our operating model to anticipate fast growth while keeping high customer satisfaction, as well as maintaining sound financial efficiency
  • Be the owner of key KPIs and targets related to projects, and current challenges and make sure the team is moving in the right direction to achieve that.
  • Preferred Experience

  • 3-4+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or consulting
  • Critical thinking, strong decision-making abilities & attention to detail
  • Excellent analytics skills (SQL is a plus)
  • Passion for operational excellence and building tools and processes that deliver a high-quality experience for our customers
  • Able to quickly become an expert in complex topics like finance, risk, and operations
  • Experience coordinating tasks across multiple teams

  • The position is based in France and requires a valid work permit. If you are resident of an EU country, some positions allow you to work from home if you have a valid work permit.
