Hybrid
We work under a hybrid model, with offices located in the heart of Paris and Montreal. We enjoy working together in person, and have great flexibility around schedules.

All employees gather together once per year for a two-week summit with team-building activities and product workshops.
Transportation
Public transportation and bicycle rental/upkeep costs are partially reimbursed for all employees.
Volunteering
All employee spend at least one business day volunteering every other month.
We’re growing fast — but keeping the team small is a deliberate choice. It allows us to maintain a high bar, move fast, and avoid unnecessary layers or heavy processes. The structure is simple and horizontal: few management layers, a lot of autonomy, and a strong expectation of ownership.
It also creates real opportunities to grow. As the company evolves, roles evolve with it — people regularly take on new scopes, shift toward product, tech, or ops, or build entirely new areas from scratch.

I started working at Zeffy in June 2020 as a content intern. By September 2020, I had become the first employee in customer success. Initially, the role was dedicated to support, but as the company scaled, I was trusted to create and automate our processes. Working across two countries is intentional — and we invest a lot to make it simple.
On a weekly basis, our All Hands is where everything is shared openly. Transparency is core to how we operate — including our strategic key metrics, which are accessible to everyone across the company.
Being together matters. Once a year, the whole team meets for a two-week summit, alternating between France and Canada. It’s a key moment to connect, collaborate, and step back on what we’re building — from product challenges to long-term vision. We care a lot about these moments, and we make them count.
And beyond the day-to-day, we make space to show up in the real world. Every couple of months, we volunteer together for a local nonprofit.
